Most of the songs on this CD were born out of a period of my life where I was wrestling with the challenges of living in a broken world, with broken people, myself being one of those broken ones. At times the collisions leave me amazed and shattered in pieces on the ground; other times, I am swept up into the heavenlies as I momentarily get a glimpse of the bigger picture. Now and then I also am struck by the hidden humor in the many absurdities of life in which we enmesh ourselves. However, there is one constant that runs underneath it all, that gives me purpose, hope, peace, and the will to keep on singing—my Creator-Redeemer, Jesus Christ.

The title of the album (and the second track) arises from a personal, passionate, King David-inspired (see I Samuel 6 and I Chronicles 13-15 in the Bible) desire and determination to unashamedly worship and glorify the One in whom I "live, move, and have my being", in the additional hope that others might also be stirred to join in the song….unrestrained.!
