Another debut on our White Plus imprint. Domenico Cetrangolo delivered a simple, but dancefloor-smasher house affair, built around a sticky trumpet riff. The arrangement is essential and the fat groove is the real driving element. We took the original version of "Riflesso Sull'Oceano" (literally: 'Reflex on the Ocean') and put it in the hands of 2 italian producers, hidden behind the "Double H" pseudonym. They took the song to a complete different dimension, delivering a job that is very difficult to encase into a specific genre. Dark and deep atmosphere, minimalistic but still warm elements, sexy basslines and a slight tribal feeling compose this lovely musical puzzle. This is something strange and original and we are definitely happy to have it on our White Plus (new era) label!!
