I've always loved good songwriting and even as a child I was reading the lyrics and listening to melodies and measures as I was sitting in front of the stereo. I've spent countless hours imitating singers voices. From Garth Brooks all the way to Mark Schultz. It's never been okay with me to do anything but sing. And not just sing, but sing with a passion. It irks me when I hear a singer or see an actor or a performer that isn't believable. You have to believe in what you are doing and why. I did country music for a long time and I would bet that I was not believable. There was no passion. There was no reason to be passionate. But ever since Jesus Christ asked me to be His hands, His feet and His voice nothing has been able to stop the passion that finds it's way into my voice. And nothing ever will.
