Loons are a Parisian group with previous releases on a great number of compilations as well as a self-titled album on the Spanish label Elefant.

Loons' CD mini-album Dim Movies will feature 7 studio tracks. They have a bright winter day in your bedroom while snow falls slowly outside kind of sound. Gentle guitars, smooth synths, graceful piano and cheery vocals brighten our days, with an unusual peppering of french and english samples thrown in for an amazing effect. Similar to perhaps Blueboy and earlier Red Sleeping Beauty.
