I describe Vivyd music as super lyrical vibrant sound. Growing up in Hip-Hop during the 80's, lyrical content was everything. It was not just what you said but how you said it. I pride myself in the art of rhyming and painting mental rhythmic images. This EP has been a test in patience, endurance and represents my belief that the greatest force that holds us back from achieving our goals is ourselves. Once we make up our minds to get out of our own way, minimize complaining and distractions, and accept a No More Excuses mentality then the sky's the limit.
