With over two decades in the music business under his belt, John Faye has amassed an impressive musical resume dating back to his major label days fronting 90's alt-rockers The Caulfields (whose single "Devil's Diary" cracked the modern rock top-40, and whose deep cuts landed on soundtracks for Disney's "The Babysitter's Club" and "Melrose Place"). Independent projects followed, such as The John Faye Power Trip, which morphed into the prolific indie-rock band IKE (who put out 6 full-length records from 2003-2011), and Faye's punk / garage-rock influenced duo John & Brittany, who gained notoriety in 2012-14 on the Sirius/XM channel "Little Steven's Underground Garage" (garnering two of the station's "Coolest Songs In The World") and on MTV-u with the video for their song "Paper Planes." Faye's 2015 solo album Meddling Kid is an artistic tour-de-force on which he plays every instrument and sings every note. The full-length won "Album of the Year" at the 10th Annual WSTW Homey Awards, held in March of 2016, where Faye also won the award for "Best Male Solo Artist."

Armed with his formidable live band (fittingly called John Faye & Those Meddling Kids!) and his enviable catalog of songs, John Faye is forging an impressive DIY path in a career that has seen him reinvent himself time and time again. With sold out hometown shows and coveted support slots for acts like Nate Ruess of Fun, The War On Drugs, Soul Asylum, and Pat Benatar, John Faye is poised to bring out the "Meddling Kid" in everyone within earshot. Faye has struck a chord with his latest single "Miss America," an anthemic rocker that serves as a 3-minute state-of-the-disunion address in the midst of some of our most turbulent times in generations.
