走这条路上，你我都曾经被压死在美好的梦靥里……。 2019年4月组成的台湾独立乐团打倒三明治Sandwich Fail，首张 EP 作品 ─《Roadkill》。 Roadkill一词，英文学名泛指道路上因车辆的碰撞或碾轧而死亡的生物现象，也用来比喻穷途末路。 此张EP作品曲目包含《浪漫人渣》、《夜走》、《Roadkill》、《没有人在意他的眼睛里》等四首歌曲。 鼻音ㄇㄇ系口吻搭配撞击感的乐句编曲，让打倒三明治的歌曲产生了奇特的矛盾感。直白顺口的字句，蕴藏诗情画意的暗黑哲理，皆是主唱王欣茹的日常写照。生活实在很坚硬，我们一起打倒三明治。 On this road, we’ve all been runned over by this beatiful nightmare…… Sandwich Fail, formed in April 2019, debut their first EP “Roadkill”. Roadkill generally means animals crushed, or runned over on the road by vehicles, and sometimes can be also used as a way of expressing one in a desperate situation. The EP includes four musical pieces named “Romantic scum”, “A walk in the night”, “Roadkill”, “None in the attention of his/her eyes” respectively. Impactful music arrangements, adapt with a nasal, ㄇㄇ voicetone, Established the distinctive contrast feel in Sandwich Fail’s music. Straight forward lyrics, hidden with metaphorical dark philosophies, are all real life materials from lead singer Neo Wang. “Life is hard, let’s defeat the sandwich.”
