David Tyrrell was introduced to Reiki for assistance with his physical health. It took him on a path of treating himself, family and friends, and ultimately onto professional practice and teaching.

He is continuously expanding his work with energy in all areas of life and is a qualified practitioner in Hopi Ear Candles, Crystal Therapy, and On-Site Massage.

Guided Journeys contains spoken visualisations by David Tyrrell with music from Brans Cauldron.

It is intended to assist in meditative journeys and will be particularly useful for those who have worked with energy.
