Thank you's

There were many angels who crossed my path during the creation of this work that deserve so much more than a thank you. Many, many thanks to the wonderful musicians for their caring professionalism: Jon Amodeo, Rick Crane, Joe Caroselli, Vinnie Cutro, Jim DePalma, Bailey Gee, Christian Finger, Ray Monte and Anthony St. James. Special thanks to Dave Stryker for his extreme generosity of time and talent as well as Charlie Hunter (aka Clyde’s dad) for squeezing me into his busy schedule! Thanks to Rave Tesar for his kind guidance in initiating me into the world of studio recording and a big shout out to Joe Vulpis, Tony Viscardo and Dave McNair for saving the day during our challenging moments. Much obliged to Max Nucci and Chris Drukker for their wonderful artistry. Blessings to Ray Willhard whose gentle nudging helped to bring this project to fruition, Jane Stuart for being the best mentor a vocalist could have (love you!) and Reverend Erin McCabe for her inspirational words of wisdom which helped me to “keep on keeping on.” Much gratitude to my friends and family for their unconditional love and support throughout the years, especially my sweet boys, Nicholas and Michael who graciously tolerated their mother’s singing. Of course, a very special thanks to the incomparable Jan Stevens whose belief in me was the source of inspiration in fulfilling my dream. We did it! Regretfully, we lost our dear friend and engineer in the process of creating this work. Thank you, Manfred Knoop, for your amazing musicality, going above and beyond your role as engineer. You will be sorely missed.

This album is dedicated to the memory of Edith Vasquez, whose beautiful voice lives on in her children and grandchildren.
