All tracks mixed and mastered and Mantic International Studios, South Bronx, USA. The Incubator is a collection of instrumentals and beats produced in Courtland's early producing years. Formerly known by the producer name MastaMine, Courtland started making beats while living in the East Elmhurst section of Queens, NY. His instrument of choice at the time was an Ensoniq EPS 16+, borrowed from his friend and producer Tyrone Harding. Courtland started working with and making beats for Da' Original DarkSide (DODS), a group of gifted emcees from Newburgh, NY. There are snippets of rhymes from DODS that were recorded in his living room straight to a tape deck that you will hear on the album. After a few years of producing, Courtland adopted his childhood nickname Courty H.O. as his producer name, since that is what everyone continued to call him anyway. The Incubator is referred to as a "History of the Future" because it contains material from the beginning of Courtland's career and is the foundation for all that is in store for the future of Mantic Records.
