This is a personal message from James Tucker III: Higher is for me to actually use the God given ability which is listening to the voice that called me out of those same lies (darkness) which had me bound. Stories with nothing but truth because lies will not allow anyone to come up any higher than the ground. I noticed at times that I could not go left, right, forward, nor backwards. It was time to go… Higher! Yes Lord, sometimes you have to fly and it is extremely hard let alone impossible to fly holding on to darkness. I had promised my wife in front of the Lord that I would use everything the enemy would try to do and by the power of the Holy Ghost use it to get a greater understanding, bless the Lord, and get more power to have these songs you hear. Yes God get HIS glory from everything I do. Some would never believe, because it is hard to tell, that this music (I call it LIFE) came from me being persecuted, lied on, talked about, forsaken, misunderstood, laughed to scorn, you name it. It gave me more POWER. Oh sorry, I have to say thank all of you for that. Somebody catch this. What you did not see is what made this album. For me, it is NOT a feeling because through all of what I have been through I grew to understand that feelings change LOVE does NOT. This album is NOT something to make you feel anything it is something that is set out to promote GROWTH. Now, what I would love for someone well at least one person to take out of this album is the TRUTH. For this album Higher, I produced all of the beats with some help from Emmanuel “ Blaksheep “ Pernier and Leonard “ Mystro “ White. But mainly it is the chemistry of the Holy Ghost being able to hear and do exactly what it says. That was some training; for real. He is the Creator I just work for Him. I thank God for the lack of the issue of trust which makes great chemistry. Many say it is something they have never heard before. Somebody told me the hardest thing to do is to try to group it, or put it in a genre. It is in a class of its own. Being that I do not write music I have spoken words by the power of the Holy Ghost for someone else to write. They said it changed them but me I believe the message should be for the messenger first. Hey, if it does NOT change you why would I want to hear it? Prayer, Worship, and Communication are the keys for me. God makes it happen. I just obey. He is the One that solves all the puzzles. The MASTER MIND I am just the MASTER’s piece. I will go wherever He wants me to go to win whoever He wants me to win over for Him.
