Founded in 1993 by Dr. Jefferson Johnson, the Acoustikats are the premier male vocal ensemble at the University of Kentucky. For over 21 years, the Acoustikats have performed for countless events on a local, state, and national scale, most recently appearing on Season 4 of NBC’s “The Sing Off." Following their success on “The Sing Off”, the 12 member ensemble has quickly become the most recognizable collegiate a cappella group in the country. This new album is the culmination of the efforts of countless individuals over the last 21 years.
