"Amber Waves" is the second CD project by the violin/piano duo of Sara Caswell, violin, and Michael Cunningham, piano. Their first CD,"Heart of Hearts," was a classical crossover project. This CD, "Amber Waves," is the first CD in a two CD set of Americana music arranged by Michael for the duo. Sara Caswell is a jazz violinist and won the Rising Star Award for violin in the 65th Annual Downbeat Critics Poll. Michael Cunningham is a composer, arranger & composes music for orchestra, big band, choral groups, vocalists, small groups, and for this duo.
