Since picking up his grandfather's old guitar at the age of seven, Ben Cipolla (pronounced 'Chipolla') has been absorbing, playing and listening to a wide spectrum of music. His real flair for song writing began when he was ten years old, and 'Escape' is his first EP album. Inspired by the likes of Stevie Wonder, James Morrison and Nick Drake, Ben has combined elements of jazz, folk and pop to produce 5 songs, all written when he was 16 years old. Since joining the South West Music School, Ben has been able to broaden his musical ideas, experiment with various styles and become part of an inspirational network of musicians.
