These five EP's represent a body of work Tim has been anxious to release. There are older songs here such as Ain't Nothin' Like it was Before' that until now have not appeared in recorded form. And then there are brand new songs like Who Shot Rock & Roll which are making their appearance as youngsters on the list. Each of these tunes were recorded live in the studio by Gregg Tauriello at Cornville Arizona's Sweet 16 Studios. There has been almost no editing except for a few bars at the beginning of a song and no overdubs. No click track either. it's just the passionate sound of Tim and his Martin acoustic guitar come hell or high water. Each song is crafted and arranged to bring out the best of its story. Songs are a form of story after all, a form distilled down to emotions and it's that distillation Tim has attempted to deliver with this collection of five distinct EP's; each one its own 'book' of stories aimed directly at the head and the heart. The Collection of five EP's is known as 'Life of a Song' even though that title does not appear on the covers. It does appear on the disc itself.
