While creating this project, my focus was always the song first, whether a big production with full band or a minimalist production with acoustic guitars and vocals. From the nostalgia provoking “Radio Days” to the rock infused “Past Living Present” I have sought to create an album that can be enjoyed this year, a decade from now or 20 years from now. I reached for a timeless quality and possibly a classic. I hope you will agree and rediscover what you have always loved about music.

If you’re wondering who I sound like or what my sound is like, I can’t say. People have expressed many opinions and they include Bruno Mars, James Blake, Anthony Hamilton, Susan Tedeschi, Cee Lo Green, Seal, Jill Scott, Eric Benet, Dave Matthews Band, Sam Cooke and George Michael.
