One Crown is a Potchefstroom based Christian rock band. We formed during 2004 and during the past 7 years we have grown musically and spiritually into a band that is living to see a generation living for Jesus. As a band our main focus is on living a life worthy of our calling. Being in a Christian band is not just about the music…it’s about living the message and not just singing the message. We released our 1st CD titled GRACE during 2010. The album landed us a record deal with Merchant Music and we released our 2nd album during October 2011. We have been blessed to be able to have 5 music videos on MK and 2 of our songs has also been chosen to form part of the LET’s GO album with is currently on sale in all CUM and Gospel Direct stores. Band Highlights Won a “Huisgenoot Tempo” award for “Best Afrikaans Rock Album” in 2012 Won a GHOEMA award for “Best Afrikaans Rock Album” in 2012 Merchant Music Record Deal – 2011 5th Music video released on MK – 2011 Toured Botswana, Gaborone for the last 3 years – (2009-2011). Won the NWU-Pukke talent show in 2009.
