Incredibly earthy, soulful music to savour - Ti Paris is a distinctive and compelling guitarist and singer. The intense, yet somehow relaxed, rhythmic interplay of the group is tremendous, and the stark guitar lines are extremely catchy. Add the haunting vocals, and you have one heck of a record! This small acoustic group of guitar, vocals and percussion projects an unforgettable Caribbean ambience.

There's another great Ti Paris disc out on Mini Records called "Anasilya". It contains more of the same (which is great!). The music of Ti Paris is quite close stylistically to that found on the Erato disc "Paranda", although I think TP is better - he has that extra commitment and authenticity!
