Stories In Trance proudly presents our 45th release and third original by Ukrainian Igor Stroom (Igor Ivanchenko) with Aura. The four track single includes the original, White Motion, Soundwave and DJ Boronin remixes and represents all the different styles of trance we are most keen on showcasing on our label. Up first we have the original mix and after his excellent debut with Radiant (SIT #36) and subsequent follow up Hope (SIT #41) Igor once again shows why he is fast becoming Eastern Europe's most promising young producer. A memorable lead melody is backed with flowing and polished mids and overall creates an engaging, captivating feel which all add up to a truly great track. A sure fire addition to any set or mix. On remix duties we have Lithuanian White Motion (Rytis Gedvilas) with yet another brilliant interpretation of an original. Rytis first appeared for us in Autumn 2011 with his remix of DJ Faisi's You & Me (SIT #12) and has since had a string of great tracks and remixes including his first original Oxygen (SIT #22), his follow up solo track Solis (SIT #28) and his third original Mind Station appearing on the Stories In Trance Presents Tibbs EP (SIT #44). The best way to describe this version is pure White Motion; Rytis always selects tracks to remix that he can identify with from a production point of view and subtly puts his own stamp on them, perfectly illustrating why he is a big favourite of ours. The second remix is brought to you by Italian Adrian Iamendei once again under his Soundwave moniker. Soundwave made his bow for us with his stunning classic remix of Airborne Angel's Belt Of Orion (SIT #19) and backed that up with two equally epic yet diverse originals; Last Moments featuring on our successful In Quarto EP (SIT #20) and Lost In A Dream (SIT #27). Adding a more uplifting style to the infectious lead melody it's fast moving, ever developing flow is backed with heavy mids and a pounding beat, this is sure to be a big hit with DJs and trance fans alike. An utterly fantastic remix from one of Italy's finest producers. To complete this four piece offering is DJ Boronin, the Aura remix competition winner. In order to add a fresh, new perspective to this release, Stories In Trance and Igor agreed to encourage new producers to submit their best efforts at reinterpreting the original. After a substantial response of high quality productions the label and Igor agreed that DJ Boronin's version came out on top. A fine addition to the package, look out for more from DJ Boronin in the future. Stories In Trance aims to uncover the most talented and imaginative new producers and team up with some of the more established names in the scene to work together in evolving the sound.
