Building on the momentum of the group’s first release featuring collaborations with Evelyn Ida Morris (Pikelet) and Sez Wilks (Kikuyu) the track features Eva Popov (Hello Satellites). The track is the second installment from the t:dy t:wn’s Sistercity mix tape which will feature 10 female artists singing 10 tracks – a project where, according to The thousands, “everyone contributes a little bit of awesome” and sounding, according to JJJ’s David Howe, something like “Saint Etienne, The Concretes and that ilk, meaning I like it a lot”. The mixtape will be followed by an album of songs by male singers called brotherhood.
