Mary Green is a singer songwriter. Mary has been involved in the music business for most of her life. As a child and teenager, Mary became known for her beautiful singing voice and unusual abilities on both the guitar and piano. She began her musical career as a singer/keyboardist/guitar player for a university coffeehouse circuit. She also played at various restaurants and clubs in the university area, and she played her music at music festivals in the Southeastern U.S.A. Eventually, Mary joined a band. However, she made the decision to pursue her music as an individual performer. Mary began writing her own original music and submitting it to record companies across the U.S.A. She has copyrighted more than 70 original songs in the Library of Congress. In the 1990s, Mary lived in California and continued to write, record, and perform her original music. Eventually, Mary made the decision to pursue a Master of Education Degree. Currently, Mary performs her original music on public television and coffeehouses.
