Hazmatt is a roots/rock/reggae/punk/hip-hop/dub band playing out of Encinitas, CA. Formed in Lahaina, Maui, HI. in 2006, Hazmatt was brought to Encinitas, San Diego by frontman Matt Allen and reformed with friends local to the north county music scene. Several years and various members later the band now is stronger than ever and performing all over southern California in venues such as Belly Up, 4th & B, Hennessey's, and Beachfire San Clemente to name a few. Hazmatt has performed with a variety of artists such as Slightly Stoopid, Redman, Pato Banton & The Now Generation, Common Sense, Sprung Monkey, Mystic Roots, Inna Vision, and many more. Their musical style is a clash of genres and backrounds ranging from reggae to hip-hop to punk rock and it creates a high energy live show every time!
