Robert T. Stroker, founder and producer of BCM&D Records, wanted to celebrate what would have been Frank Sinatra's 100th birthday in 2015. He commissioned this new arrangement from Grammy winning arranger, Michael Abene. The Temple University Studio Orchestra is comprised of members of the Temple Symphony Orchestra and Temple Jazz Band. Terell Stafford is featured on trumpet and is director of the jazz program at Temple. Dick Oatts, also on the jazz faculty at Temple, plays alto sax. Andreas Delfs, music director of the Temple Orchestra, conducts.
