Tha Kitchen was put 2 gether by Moni Johnson (the boss)of the Grind Lab & the business was owned & operated by B.C Rush who did alot of c.d duplication and graphix work for local artist . Rush then added 2 chefs to make all the recipes. Noki (swazay) of Nappytown and Tre Dubb of Macks on the Rise Records. Sad to say Tha Kitchen was lost when the studio caught on fire and went up in flames, luckily a portion of the studio equipment was saved so Tre Dubb reopened Tha Kitchen & started back on the grind making beats and spittin that fire.Came in 2nd place at Jacqars Ent talent show,was a special guest at the Fort Hood Sports Dome, held an Underground Rap Fest in 2004.Performed for the Tsunami Fund Raiser at the Sports Shack with Noesis Entertainment & opend up for Z-Ro, Trae and Rap-A-Lot Records at City Lights in Killeen,Tx.Also opened up for Paul Wall Swisha House and the Screwed Up Click.I have done production for

Mako, Skrewed up Mindz ,S.E.J outta Dallas,Tx,XETNIS,Texas Boyz,Yungstars, Suthern Boyz,U.M.L.B,Big Tre & other local rappers.I am also the Central Texas Rep for Block2Block Magazine.Also be on the look-out for the YUNGSTARS album in late September.Just signed D'Ray from Boss City Records out of Belton,Tx.Be on the look out for D-Ray's solo album Let It Be Known ft J-Blak which will drop out Tha Kitchen soon.
