This is the debut album by East Sussex based Folk band SPRuNG. Featuring all original tunes blending English Folk tradition but adding a modern Pop feel incorporating Saxophone & Clarinet.

The album takes you through some foot-tapping tunes to heartfelt ballads and tells some lovely stories.
