Formed in 2006 in the heavy metal hotbed of South Wales, Triaxis have spent the past few years successfully pushing themselves to the front-end of the British metal scene, not least with truly acclaimed live performances at the likes of Bloodstock Open Air and Hammerfest plus Belgium's Wizzfest which proved to be a successful start to building a European fanbase. In 2009 Triaxis self-released their debut album "Key To The Kingdom" to great critical acclaim & were later signed to UK independent label Rocksector Records who released the follow-up "Rage & Retribution" in October 2012. Their influences were formed on a bedrock of Iron Maiden but the second album took things in a heavier, more technical and progressive direction, without straying from the hooks and familiarity with which the band had built its' initial fanbase and reputation.
