The fourth energy center (chakra) of the body is located the center of the seven chakras, with three below and three above it, considered where physical and spiritual parts of ourselves meet. The fourth chakra, is referred to as the heart chakra includes the heart, pericardium, thymus gland, lungs, breasts, and lymphatic system. As a wellbeing coach, I can say that beneath the hurts and grievances of past experiences lies a place of compassion, deeper understanding and mercy that can connect the spiritual essence with the earthly experiences with harmony. When your heart chakra is in alignment with your original intended wellbeing, your actions and approach to life comes from a place of love and compassion; you easily release the tensions of regrets, resentments, and sensations of feeling stuck in the events. I have designed this recording to bring your heart chakra into its purest form to create such harmony within and without you. Musician Healer and Harpist Gloria Galante, skillfully matched the imagery I used with her harp music and tonality of the heart. We are extending the purest forms of love and compassion from our hearts to yours…May you find our recording supportive to your wellbeing.
