It was created during covid lockdown in 2020 when we could not get together to make music so each one of us had to learn how to use technology to make songs by ourselves at home. The first version of this song was solely made on Garageband. This single was based on the singer observing a close friend as he went through life being swallowed by all the worldy affairs that he has taken upon himself, and not living in the present. So the singer is trying to ask him to take a step back, enjoy life and to be in the present.
