The primary focus of this project was to have a cohesive collection of our original works written and performed over the years but were unreleased on disc. We wanted to capture the latin influence in our music at the same time keeping the American influence of jazz in our toolkits. Although we have recorded demos in the past this is our first entry in the full cataloged work. We drew from influences of Chick Corea, Spyro Gyra, Herbie Hancock, Eddie Palmeri, Al Jarreau, Cal Tjader and Tito Puente. This release features mostly instrumental selections with a few male vocal compositions. One song is perfomed in Spanish with the help of Alexis Cole and Bethany Finkin on background vocals.
