One would be surprised about the creative forces reaching out into the world´s most modern places from this austrian mountain valley called the Bregenzerwald. Modern, wooden architecture, a sustainable cultural and natural environment, great infrastructur, sort of healthy tourism and farming all around makes this area a quite unique area within the EU. "the internet helps to not feel to much besides the tracks" quotes Alfred Vogel, who´s activities get more and more recognized in the modern jazz genre across Germany, Switzerland, Austria and other european countries. Norbert Mayer is a great observer of todays cultural and social overloads all over. His critic thoughts are sometimes hard and right into your face, but then again always with a certain glimpse of humor, which transports at least a sense of positiv perspective. His lyrics might ring and sound as an instrument it´s own for those who don´t understand the language. There is definitely a certain match or fit that the two artists share together. Something that the listener can only find in between of the word and the sound. Let´s call it Ü!
