Rodney Stepp, Chief Creative Officer of Rodney Stepp Music Productions (RSMP), is a native of Indianapolis and comes with a wealth of experience as the keyboardist and assistant musical director with the Spinners. He's back in Indianapolis and is putting his musical and international experience and his diverse musical resources at your disposal. Whether your market is close to home, national or reaching across the world, RSMP will pull its vast music network together to make your message one not to be forgotten. Rodney Stepp & BSB (Brooks Street Band)have opened for major concert acts and headlined venues in the Midwest. Stepp was interviewed in a documentary created by Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds, (Tommy Henderson,) for his film company. The documentary is concerning the demise of R&B Bands. The documentary does not have a completion or release date at this time. Stepp is also featured in the Indiana Historical Society's in conjunction with Indiana University, documentary and exhibit of Funk & Soul.
