Yt Do Dat and Sylence are hometown buds from the coastal city of Santa Cruz, California. With a twangy, wordplay style, YT crafts lyrics with equal parts reflection, punch lines, and double-meanings. A member of the legendary Santa Cruz Hip Hop group Slop Opera, YT continues to grow as a unique and solid emcee. Sylence, a 10 year veteran producer, has done work with artists such as Opio, A-Plus, Pep Love of Hieroglyphics, Gift of Gab of Blackalicious, Co$$, Sene, J.Nolan, Ariginal, Rey Resurreccion, Scribes, Koncept of Brown Bag Allstars, and others.
