Dr. Hurt's story of why she fights so compasssionately for her patients lives. The story is told by Dr.Hurt and Kevontay Jackson aka Kjackson.

Dr. Hurt is a critical care doctor better known as intensive care unit doctor and thus why iCu is the name of the song and Dr. Hurt see's every patient as a family member. No one is just another patient. For every patient that Dr. Hurt comes into contact with; she prays for guidance to always do the right thing, make the right decision, be able to think quickly and most importantly to be able to provide comfort in a time of distress.
