简介

Style Ambient, easy listening jazz with music meditation vibes - instrumental - flute, bass and grand piano. Live session. Album Background After a near death accident where I wrapped my Toyota 4 Runner around a tree somewhere in the Australian outback, I figured "Guess I got more to do down here." ... and subsequently recorded this live session at Redwood Recording Studios Ballarat, Victoria, on Graem Hodge's Yamaha 7 foot concert grand with direct interface mikes ... In the moment. In the flow. The same day I recorded my "In the moment - Solo Grand Piano" album. It was a good day. Put out my tea light candles, lit my incense and went on a journey. For me it's indeed 'Magic music by the beach' as it evokes images of walking along the endless beach in Byron Bay, NSW, Australia - the setting sun reflecting on seemingly endless pools of water from the slowly retreating waves. Funky grooves mutate into cool solo lines, evokative motifs drift into haunting spaces.. Imagine feeling the wind and the gentle sun on your skin in the late afternoon on a warm day ... blue sky above ... around you ... Emptiness. Space. Vastness. Peace. Center. Balance. Flow. It's like you're above the treeline in the jungle. Above the smoke that lingers in a still room. Satori. Glimpses of enlightenment. Live your dream. You're free. Believe it and you'll see it. To see it - believe it. Choose wisely what you wish to see. Peace and Love come into the hearts of men when they realize their oneness with the universe. Black Elk, Lakota Medicine Man Thank you David O'Connor, Andrew Fry and Graem Hodge for making this lovely recording possible. It was truly magic! From a time before your time with the John Butler Trio, Andrew. ;) Good on ya, mate, for doing so well! It's been an honor and a pleasure! :) Namaste. The truth and light in me recognizes and honors the truth and light in you. Ingo Michehl 'Ingo the Muso' PS: Regarding artist names.. Hey, the Australian aborigines take on new names to explore different roles in life. Why not? Since those days in 2000 when we did this recording I have moved from Ingo the Muso (which doesn't work in Germany) to Ingo Zen as I create Zen Space with my music - minimalistic, esthetic, good - to help people be in balance and to set impulses for the healing and evolution of human consciousness. :) As a pianist and composer I am now returning to my original name.
