"The Island Bomb Song" takes you on a lyrical drive around Terceira Isle in my bondo-ed piece of rusty old Datson. "Come With Me To Praia" sings you a picture of downtown Praia De Vitoria. "Oh Serreta" is a plush paradise where magical things happen. When I sing 'Pao e Mangeiga," I crave more of that Azorean bread and butter! "The C-141 Fun Song" is a musical military hop from McGuire NJ to Lajes, via Iceland! And if you miss "Showtime," you may never make it off this island! Some things happen "Only In The Azores," so this is a "nao faz mal" type of song. "Service Call" is a long commercial for the civil engineers on the base. To the Lajes High School Falcons, I dedicate "Here's To The Blue and Gold."

These songs were written in 1984 when I was a first lieutenant in the USAF stationed as a civil engineer at Lajes Field, Azores, Portugal. I performed them at the clubs, local restaurants, and local festas. It's a special place, and I hope my songs bring back special memories.
