"Come and Get It" started out as a Southern Soul type song, in which the original "Come and Get It" song is also available worldwide. N'spire wanted something a little faster that connected more with her. She reached out to different people, and thankfully, Demilo came across her video on a friends Facebook page, and long story made short, he was inspired to make new music to it. The words to this song came about during a time in which N'spire was a part of a group known as the Dreams Woven Support Network. She was inspired by the founder, Katherine Waddell, to take actions daily to dream living. Also, the voice that says, "In order for your dream to happen, YOU have to make it happen," is Katherine's. With being connected to dream chasers, N'spire was inspired to write a song that not only brought self-motivation, but a song she knew would motivate other dreamers, as well, to not just be dreamers, but to transform into dream-chasers, and then dream-catchers.
