While working with the son of Laura (wrote for the group 5th Dimension) who is a great emcee, I asked him how he felt about doing showcases. He was inspired to emcee. I kept hearing a beat in my head and a keyboard run so I went to Harlem producer Espot and spit the idea and we recorded the song in one take. I work pretty fast. Having worked with the Get Fresh Crew that do music for Doug E Fresh, I decided to write my own songs for me. I have several songs on bmi's website. I will be promoting my Harlem Poet CD/book shortly.
