BRXTN MUSIC BRXTN AKA Braxton Harshaw, is a 20-year old Rapper/Singer/Songwriter hailing from the city of Louisville. He came to the city under the blessing of a full-ride scholarship to the University of Louisville and is still actively pursuing his degree in Sports Administration. Outside of his academic pursuits Braxton has a burning passion for creating music and inspiring his peers to live above the status quo. Growing up being inspired by music artists such as Jay-Z, Drake, Michael Jackson, Kendrick Lamar , J.Cole and Prince BRXTN has always been drawn to music that stood for something and had a meaning people could apply and take with them into their everyday lives. Since his arrival to Louisville back in the summer of 2013, BRXTN has been on a mission to deliver high quality music to his locals and help rejuvenate the music culture in the city in a creative and positive way. With the emergence of superstars such as the late Static Major or the more recent Bryson Tiller, BRXTN is definitely patterning his steps to be the next big name to come out of the 502 and take the music industry by storm.
