Ricky Radar (that’s Rick to your mama) is an emcee, poet, and visionary lyricist. As a founding member of the Charlotte, North Carolina based Eyes of the Elders (EOE), Radar has been recording and performing since 2004. EOE has been described as “some of the dopest hip hop in the southeast,” (Amps 11), and recently won the Best Local Rapper(s) award form Creative Loafing in 2011 and 2012. . His debut solo album, “Gather ‘Round Children”, is an epic departure and features the vocal talents of Josh Panda coupled with exclusive production from The Dead Beatz, as well as two tracks and mixing and mastering by Majikai.
