Of Clocks and Clouds are an alternative electronic rock duo, consisting of Joe Salgo (vocals, guitars, synths and bass) and Ross Procaccio (drums, ambient guitars and backup vocals). Both born, raised and based in Brooklyn, OCAC began playing extensively in New York City in 2013. The duo is set to release their self produced debut full-length album this Spring titled: “YOU” Drawing from many different influences, OCAC’s sound can be compared to a mixture of The Black Keys, Radiohead and TV on the Radio.
