Hope you enjoy this song Going Back To Memphis. I actually performed this in Memphis at a local bar in November 2001 and it went down great. Hopefully it will go down great in Memphis again on the radio with Jango. I really enjoyed doing this song and tried to make it as interesting vocally & instrumentally as I could! I have been brought up and had installed in me the American saying "KISS" which means " Keep It Simple Stupid " !!!! I hope you all agree! I started playing guitar in 1955 have been songwriting since 1967 and I have quite wide selection of music to air yet . I'm really looking forward to getting them all off a dusty shelf into the light of day and hopefully getting a result with them, and some encouraging response and maybe some downloads via CD Baby. We could not do all this until a few years ago and it was very frustrating for songwriters and performers to get any exposure, especially if your material was not like everyone else's at the time you wrote it !!! Thanks to the Computer age it has freed everything up and taken original music out of the hands of the FEW and put it the hands of the MANY. What power we all have now incredible!
