I've brought my friends together to help me create this version of the song, "I'm Found" for Jan Avallone, the love of my life. I wrote the song, knowing I would meet her some day. I’m Found – History On a wistful day in 2007 I wrote the song, “I’m Found”. It was another of my songs that stated that I would one day meet that perfect woman for me, my “soul mate”. Five years later, a lady that I’d worked for a couple of times, as a favor to an associate, called me a 3rd time, and asked me if I’d like to go out. Ironically, I had just been thinking that morning of calling her. I had been hesitating on calling her because I knew that she was suffering from fully metastasized cancer of the brain, lungs, bones, liver, and lymph systems! I had hesitated, but that day, April 26, 2012, I was ready to get together with her, cancer or no cancer. We went out the next night to see our friend play at “The Big Fish” in Glendale, and the rest is history. We’ve been together through this day; we live each day as though it were the last and have found the perfect match for each other. I gave her the song and have re-recorded this version which I’ve released as a single, while preparing the final album to be called, “Spirit”, in which “I’m Found” will be included.
