In tribal communities, family is the first and the most fundamental environment to form cultural and educational characteristics of the child and women play a pivotal role in such societies. In a tribal community, the variety and plurality of works are usually more than other communities throughout day and night. As the main job in this community is animal husbandry and partially agriculture, such people are the most productive people among communities (especially among urban societies). Considering that women undertake most of the activities of tribal societies, especially Qashqâyi society, women’s role in the formation and performance of repertory is quite influential.

Examples of lullabies, maqâms related to sârebâni and mourning repertory based on âshuqlar repertory in addition to other common vocal maqâms in tribe performed by the most famous contemporary singers such as Dârghâ Mâhparviz, Âftâb, Zinat, Hâvâ and Parvin Bahmani, are included in this album.
