简介
In 1967, Bill tells the story of how he first learned how to play the guitar while he was a soldier stationed at Cam Rahn Bay, Vietnam. His first teacher was a buddy who played warmup shows at the Grand Old Opry and the guitar was a cheap unknown brand purchased in Cam Rahn Village. This project marks yet another collaboration with co-producer/engineer Eric Kilburn, who also plays lap steel, acoustic guitar and electric bass on the recording. Bill's son Joshua Decker provides some beautiful solo electric guitar work, Eden MacAdam-Somer plays the violin and David Pierce is our trusty drummer. Composer Bill Decker handles the vocals and plays the organ.
