去年秋季, 每天早上都会泡一杯姜茶再加上蜂蜜，日复一日， 忘记什么时候开始没喝了，常常边喝边滑着手机。看着朋友和不认识的人的文章和限时动态，常常在想其实也不知道为什么滑着手机。

When we wake up in the morning, the first thing we do now is open our social media and scroll through every post or story. Checking our friends yesterday's party, our ex-story or someone we don't even know. We seem connected to the world, but inside yourself is really lonely. We seem to understand everyone, but do we really know them? We all know what truly we want and what we think, but can we face it and tell our partner. Layton does not know so he wrote this song to record the feeling he has.
