Berliner DJ and producer Zusan returns to Kuukou with a fresh EP consisting of two original tracks. Swiftly kicking off, Compathy - a portmanteau of “compassion” and “empathy” - relies on heavyweight drums and grave pads building up to a tense atmosphere, steamrolling everything in its way. It’s peak time techno at its finest, continuing on to the second track. On Striking, Zusan tames an aggressive, zig-zagging lead into steadfast percussion aligning onto layers upon layers of metallic pads.
