简介

Since 2006, Blues-rockers, Coyote Kings, have been recording and performing, winning awards, collecting rave reviews, and playing to enthusiastic audiences & devoted fans. With four previous albums released and along with their newest, Howl, “That little old band from Walla Walla” has established themselves as a presence in the Northwest and beyond. In 2014 after the departure of Mush Morgan and Curtis Johnson, the band was reborn as "Robin Barrett and Coyote Kings,” with Robin’s writing, singing, and blistering guitar work fronting the band and Kit Kuhlmann on bass and drummer Gordon Farr laying down the groove. RB&CK received the 2014 Empire Awards for "Best Blues Band" and Robin for "Best Blues Guitarist." Following their award winning 4th album, “Nasty Habit’s & Dirty Little Secrets,” Robin Barrett and Coyote Kings are proud to release their brand new album, “Howl,” on CD and digital. howl robin barrett guitars vocals all songs bass 4 7 kit kuhlmann bass 1 2 3 5 6 8 gordon townsend drums 3 4 backing vocals 3 kyle schleede drums 1 5 6 7 8 tim erickson drums 2 campbell davis backing vocals 3 ric arra guitar 9 mondo mike cook guitar backing vocals 14 curtis johnson drums 14 tim dallas bass 14 john farey keys 14 greg miner sax 14 tracks 1-8 recorded mixed and mastered by robin barrett at lowdown studios lowden wa february 2014 to may 2015 track 14 recorded by robin barrett at sapolil cellars walla walla wa october 2008 tracks 9 10 11 12 13 recorded by robin barrett at home studio 2001 and 2002 cover photo by gina baltrusch additional photos by tammy laramore and dick morgan robin barrett and coyote kings would like to thank all of our friends fans and families for the love throughout the years this album is dedicated to the memory of B Mortensen and Ted Todd in the high desert summer of eastern washington and oregon in places where wheat won't grow life is wild scab rock abounds dry heat water flows work hard play hard take our chances let the chips fall and the night has just begun
