Traverso are focussed around singer songwriter Laurance Traverso. In the recent popular vein of Ben Harper and Ray La Montagne, Traverso have been acclaimed wherever they have played. Their live sets are a mix of their own well-crafted songs and a smattering of classic covers with a refreshing twist. Although based in UK, the album was recorded & mixed in LA by Clif Norrel (REM, Jeff Buckley, Sting) so the sound is as much influenced by the American surroundings as the UK where Laurance grew up.
