Jeff Walker was influenced by both polka music and country music from a young age. He is a self taught musician and started playing instruments like piano, accordion, guitar and organ on his own beginning at age 3. Jeff has played with well known musicians like Frank Yankovic, Wayne Horsburgh, Verne and Steve Meisner, Roger Bright, and others. Jeff plays many genres including country, folk, polka, and classical. Jeff was inducted into the Wisconsin Polka Hall of Fame in 2002 and Minnesota Polka Hall of Fame in 2007. His album Mexican Girl reflects his affection for both polka and country in a twist that crosses the two.
