Antracite is the title of the next release on Sorcery by South African producer/dj Privitheus, a melodic and uplifting trancer accompanied by 2 contrasting remixes from Oleg Espo and Hekmat. The Original Mix quickly gathers pace with driving rhythms and a rolling bass to which Privitheus adds a melodic lead and harmonies, creatively using pitch risers, filters and fx before the break when plucked synths continue to develop the track. By contrast, Oleg Espo's remix has a techy/electro progressive vibe where a throbbing bass and detuned synths gives his track an edgy and darker energy. Finally, Hekmat provides us with an uplifting belter which slowly builds layer by layer into an imaginative rework featuring pulsating pads and a rich bass which maintain the energetic vibe right up to the end.
